A Republican Approach to Jerkish Speech on Online Platforms

Abstract Jerkish speech on online platforms is at risk of being overlooked as a result comparatively insignificant next to the existence explicit hate or other harms. In this paper I approach jerkish from republican perspective. discuss two ways in which republicans can account for speech.
